Laura Shaw

After spending some time out east, Laura Shaw has come back home and is ready to re-discover the beautiful city of Vancouver and everything queer that it has to offer.

Laura’s background is in writing and reporting where she has covered many LGBTQ historical and political events.

Laura is looking forward to reporting from all the hottest gay gatherings around town!When not reporting and editing, Laura’s passion is sports and she has coached and competed on many LGBTQ sports teams including the Montreal Phoques Fantastiques and the Toronto Triggerfish with whom she won a Bronze Medal at the 2009 Outgames in Copenhagen. Currently she is playing softball for the Mabel League on Team Sway!
