Kelly Legge

Kelly Legge (she/her) joined Outlook TV in 2018 and reports in and around Victoria, Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ territories. You might also spy her more handsome alter-ego, Drag King Persi Flage, Victoria’s silly, nostalgic, dance dance revolutionary anti-hero (Insta: persi.flage).

Kelly has a passion for community building. She co-founded Staches and Lashes Collective, a group of drag performers who host queer arts events, privileging LGBTQ2* programming for kids and youth. She is also co-founder of the King for King Collective, a group to network and build skills for local Kings. Kelly also sits on the Victoria Pride Society Board as Chair of Youth Initiatives.

Kelly has a diploma in film making and loves her day job at a non-profit where she gets to create educational videos. Queer story-telling is her jam, and she is thrilled to be part of the Outlook TV family!
